We care deeply about the quality of our products and the experience you have shopping with Leafe’s. Every item you see in our store is part of a hands-on learning process for participants building skills in retail, product handling, and business. With that in mind, here’s how we manage refunds, replacements, and returns.

Change of Mind

As a small, community-driven business, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Each order helps support people gaining real-world work experience, and every item is packed with care. Please take a moment to check your order details—especially product types, scents, colours, and quantities—before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’re happy to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:


- Your order number

- A short description of the problem

- A photo of the item (and packaging if it was damaged in transit)


If the item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, we’ll offer:


A replacement, if stock is available

Or a refund, if we’re unable to replace the item


Please note: All items are packed and checked before shipping as part of our participant training program. If there’s ever an issue, we want to know about it so we can continue learning and improving.

Wrong Item Received

Received the wrong product? That’s on us. Contact us within 7 days and we’ll sort it out quickly—either by sending the correct item or processing a refund if needed.


Returns Process


In most cases, returns aren’t required—but if we do ask for an item to be returned, we’ll guide you through the process and cover any postage costs involved.


We’ll always aim to resolve issues in a way that’s fair and respectful to you, while also supporting the people involved in packing and preparing your order.
